We can be reached during normal working hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday at the BMID District office at 285 Gray Road, Kelowna, V1X 1W8.
For EMERGENCIES, we have staff on call to respond to watermain breaks or other related issues.

For locates on services call BC One:
Anyone planning to excavate is required to call BC One Call at least three working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays, before the excavation begins.
